Senior Health and Safety Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at Southern Water. As a key member of our Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) team, you will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, lead investigations, and provide expert advice across various teams.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor performance and conduct site inspections
- Support managers with practical guidance to ensure we meet the highest safety standards
- Provide technical advice on chemical storage and lead incident investigations
You will have experience in an advisory capacity, ideally within utilities, facilities, construction, or critical national infrastructure, with some exposure to process safety. A NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification, along with CertIOSH minimum grading, is required. Full UK driving licence is also necessary.
