We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust. As a Mental Health Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health care to children and young people in Primary Care settings.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality mental health care to children and young people in Primary Care settings
- Work collaboratively with Primary Care teams to provide comprehensive mental health support
- Develop and implement effective mental health interventions to meet the needs of children and young people
- Contribute to the development and implementation of mental health policies and procedures
- Registered mental health professional (NMC, HCPC etc) appropriate to the job role
- Sound knowledge/skills of Evidence-Based Practice in relation to Children's MH and emotional wellbeing
- Good communication skills and ability to work both within MDT and independently
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience working in CAMHS or equivalent service, with complex cases
