Key responsibilities:

* Develop and implement design solutions that improve the workplace experience
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions
* Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions
* Present design solutions to stakeholders and communicate the value proposition

* A proven track record of designing and implementing innovative solutions
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
* Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
