Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop bespoke learning solutions and business communications that meet the needs of our clients
- Define performance measures to evaluate the transfer of learning to the workplace

- Product analysis, development, and quality assurance

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients
Requirements:
- 2:1 or above in any degree
- Highly literate with demonstrable writing ability
- Excellent eye for detail and curiosity to get to the underlying business problem or issue
- Confident and dynamic, with exceptional verbal communication skills
- Organised self-starter with an enthusiastic 'can-do' approach
- Experience in a commercial environment is desirable
- Experience or knowledge of learning interventions is desirable
