About the Role

Waracle is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team on a contract basis. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in crafting innovative digital experiences that make a positive impact in the Health and Wellness, Financial Services, and Sustainable Energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Strategy: Develop and implement product strategy, defining vision, goals, and roadmap for digital products.
  • Product Development Lifecycle: Understand the product development lifecycle and design methodologies, with experience running product discoveries.
  • Design Process: Drive the design process, including product, service, and experience design, in collaboration with technical teams.
  • User Research: Plan and conduct user research to gain insights into target users' behaviors, goals, and pain points.
  • Design Execution: Ensure smooth execution of projects within an Agile environment, adapting to changing requirements and priorities.
Requirements
  • Design Experience: Strong experience developing and implementing product strategy, including defining vision, goals, and roadmap.
  • Design Tools: Proficient in popular design tools such as Figma.
  • Design Skills: Significant experience in creating creative UI solutions for native apps, responsive websites, or mobile sites in a commercial setting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and motivate teams.
  • Agile Principles: Understanding of agile principles and how they can be applied to complex spaces and teams to craft effective solutions.
