Employee Relations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our People Team at Resident Hotels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to our team members, providing advice and guidance on all aspects of people management, and championing a team member-centred culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and absence management.
  • Develop and implement effective people-focused strategies to improve business outcomes and drive employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Interim Head of People to champion the company's goals and values, and develop and apply standards of excellence and processes.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment law.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
