Procurement and Supply Chain Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized professional with a talent for purchasing administration to join our team at Your Recruiters Limited.
Job SummaryThis is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing support to the procurement team on a daily basis and building strong relationships with internal and external customers.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in administration or purchasing roles, exceptional organizational skills, and attention to detail. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills with confident telephone etiquette.
Key Responsibilities- To provide support to the procurement team on a daily basis, including raising purchase orders as directed by the buyers when required.
- To build and manage internal and external customer relationships in support of the department.
- To review forecasted purchase plans with nominated suppliers, manage purchase order acknowledgement and confirmation process, and provide technical and administrative support to the business for all materials purchasing.
- To produce and review supplier purchase order status reports.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum paid monthly, plus 33 days annual holiday entitlement and pension contributions. This permanent contract role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
