Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team as a Registered Mental Health Nurse or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality care to individuals in need.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide High-Quality User-Centred Care: Deliver exceptional care that prioritises the needs and preferences of service users, ensuring their well-being and satisfaction are central to all care activities.
  • Contribute to Service Development: Actively participate in the creation and enhancement of new services and care pathways, collaborating with stakeholders to design, implement, and refine innovative care solutions that improve patient outcomes and service efficiency.
  • Support Implementation of Nursing Strategy: Assist in the local rollout of the Group Nursing Strategy by aligning service practices with strategic goals, ensuring that nursing activities and service delivery are in accordance with the group's vision, standards, and objectives.
  • Drive Continuous Quality Improvement: Engage in ongoing efforts to enhance service quality through systematic evaluation and improvement processes, identifying areas for improvement, implementing best practices, and monitoring the effectiveness of quality initiatives to ensure optimal service delivery.
Requirements
  • A registered nurse with an active NMC PIN and a minimum of 12 months of post-qualification experience.
  • A commitment to excellence, with a proactive and positive attitude towards change, continuously striving for improvement and maintaining high-quality standards in care.
  • An ability to develop and apply flexible, creative approaches to nursing practice to adapt to evolving patient needs and enhance care outcomes.
