Office Administrator Assistant

Our friendly and supportive school administration team is looking for a dynamic, committed and friendly person to be in this front-facing role.
We are seeking an individual with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to remain calm, professional and patient, in order to maintain the smooth and efficient running of the reception areas.
This varied role provides a wide range of administration experiences, working as part of the admin team, providing a first point of contact for parents/carers, visitors and staff.
The successful candidate will have good communication skills, the ability to multi-task and respect confidential information relating to staff, pupils and families.
Key Requirements:
- A Level 3 Business Administration qualification or equivalent
- 5 GCSEs including Maths & English
- Good IT skills and able to use software packages such as Google
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Organised and good at managing your time
