About Our Client:

Our client is a leading provider of exceptional services to the rolling stock industry, offering modifications, overhauls, and maintenance programmes to ensure the stock is safe, reliable, and comfortable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical maintenance and modification campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery in a safe and cost-effective manner.
  • Develop and build the company's technical engineering function.
  • Plan, schedule, and deliver on BOM's, work instructions, and electronic data recording forms for planned maintenance activities.
  • Maintain maintenance records of all activities related to specific projects, ensuring they meet the requirements of the company and industry standards.
  • Take the lead on engineering change implementation to improve fleet and system performance and overall costs of maintenance.
  • Spearhead incident management activities.
  • Have extensive experience in rolling stock maintenance or asset management activities.
  • Have experience in project planning, governance, and execution.
  • Have strong engineering knowledge of traction rolling stock systems and maintenance legislation and regulations.
  • Have knowledge of standard rail industry legislation and standards.
  • Be computer literate, including all Microsoft packages.
