About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of individuals' needs and develop personalized plans to support their rehabilitation and independence.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Provide expert guidance and training to individuals, families, and caregivers on strategies for daily living, mobility, and accessibility.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and industry developments to ensure the highest quality of care.

Requirements

  • Valid UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities and complex needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 pro rata (DOE).
  • A permanent contract with 52 weeks of work per year.
