About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of individuals' needs and develop personalized plans to support their rehabilitation and independence.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and support.
- Provide expert guidance and training to individuals, families, and caregivers on strategies for daily living, mobility, and accessibility.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and industry developments to ensure the highest quality of care.
Requirements
- Valid UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities and complex needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 pro rata (DOE).
- A permanent contract with 52 weeks of work per year.
