Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Health Care Support Worker to join our team on Ffynnon Ward B in Holywell Community Hospital. Our aim is to provide high-quality, planned care for our patients, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to delivering exceptional care.

Main Duties:

  • To assist registered nurses/practitioners in delivering person-centered care to patients/clients, working in partnership with other healthcare professionals, the patient, their family, and carers.
  • To deliver patient care as documented in the nursing care plan, carrying out a wide range of duties under the supervision of a registered nurse for the period of the shift.
  • To support clients/service users in maintaining their health and wellbeing, undertaking specified and delegated clinical and therapeutic activities.
  • The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
