CQC Registered Manager Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CQC Registered Manager to lead our residential care services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and wellbeing for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to our care teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the changing needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Manage and develop our care teams, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure their success.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Essential: Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
  • Desirable: Nursing Degree.
  • Required: Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
