About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality person-centered care to adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver excellent care and support services
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of service users
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and services provided
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless care pathways
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in supported living services
  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent qualification
  • Strong staff management and leadership skills
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
