Experienced Learning Disabilities Manager

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in the Rotherham area.
The successful candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in supported living services, and a strong understanding of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality person-centered care to adults with learning disabilities and autism.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve outstanding care and meet the needs of service users.
- Manage staff performance, provide coaching and training, and promote a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve service delivery.
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
- Strong staff management skills and experience in supported living services
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
- Enthusiasm, passion, and determination to achieve outstanding care and deliver high-quality person-centered care
