Dynamic Renewable Energy & Heating Specialist Seeks Experienced Leader

About the Role:

We are a dynamic and innovative company delivering first-class solutions and services to our consumer customers while fulfilling social and environmental obligations for our B2B clients. With a strong focus on renewable energy and heating, we are well-positioned to capitalize on the growing demand for sustainable solutions.

The newly created role of Managing Director will be the key partner to our founder and will have overarching responsibility for driving our growth activities as well as fronting the business in an exit process for our shareholders in the next 18-24 months. The successful appointee will have a material incentive scheme to deliver such a result.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the overall leadership, strategic direction, performance, and development of the business.
  2. Drive insight, process, and control into the business without destroying the entrepreneurial culture that has driven our growth.
  3. Bring energy, vision, and leadership to the organization, with a "hands-on" style to build on our established operation in terms of systems, brand, and marketing, processes, controls, management reporting, and people.
  4. Be commercially astute, with the ability and capability to work in a fast-paced, blue-collar, and entrepreneurially focused business.
  5. Demonstrate a strong track record of delivering business growth ideally in a B2B/B2B2C environment within energy or utilities.
