Special Education Needs Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic teaching assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd.
The successful candidate will work with children with special education needs, specifically SEMH, in a mainstream primary school in Gillingham.
This is a full-time position on a long-term basis, providing a stable and supportive environment for our students.
The school promotes the value of every child and strives to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
As a teaching assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the teacher and students, helping to create a safe and engaging learning environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing individual support to students with SEMH needs
- Assisting the teacher with lesson planning and delivery
- Helping to maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment
