Job Title: Chief Commercial Officer

This role sits within the EMEA Commercial Team, responsible for the commercial control and delivery of over €1bn of annual capex. The Commercial Manager will oversee the day-to-day commercial management of datacenter construction projects, managing commercial teams and consultants to deliver complex projects and optimize construction costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver commercial projects to meet business objectives.
  • Work on pre-contract and post-contract commercial construction activities with the support of the wider commercial team and external consultants.
  • Develop and maintain accurate budgets and master CAPEX models to inform business decisions.
  • Lead on the delivery of regular and accurate cost reporting, cash flows, and financial control during all stages of the development.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience delivering commercial management services on complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction, surveying, financial, or similar field.
  • Proficiency in all aspects of Commercial Pre-Construction and Post-Construction activities.
  • Track record of setting commercial delivery strategies and managing commercial project teams.
  • Communicate professionally and technically in English.
