Project Delivery Specialist

At DPS Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Specialist to join our team in Glenrothes. This exciting role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced engineer to take on senior responsibilities and lead complex projects from start to finish.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects across various sectors, working closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations. With strong project management skills and a proven track record of delivering results, you will play a key role in driving business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, site managers, and subcontractors, to achieve project goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including a company car allowance, discretionary bonus scheme, and private healthcare scheme.
