Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide seamless check-in and check-out experiences for guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Respond to guest queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues to their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Front Office team to maintain a high level of service quality and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Take and deliver food and drink orders, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel room categories, rates, packages, and promotions to effectively upsell and promote hotel services and facilities.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A positive attitude, with a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A professional demeanor, with a focus on hospitality and guest service.
