We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Schedule Manager to join our team at Manpower RPO - Babcock. The successful candidate will have experience managing maintenance schedules and be able to coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate schedules.

The role involves identifying maintenance data and work required for future submarine maintenance periods, resolving planning and scheduling ambiguities, and providing regular liaison with stakeholders.

This is a full-time position, 35 hours per week, with hybrid working arrangements, including two days in the office and three days working from home.

Travel is required across internal and customer sites, approximately once a month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage maintenance schedules
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate schedules
  • Provide regular liaison with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience managing maintenance schedules
  • Excellent communication skills
  • HNC or HND qualification (ideally)
