Advanced Resource Managers

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduler Lead to join our team in Bristol. This permanent role offers an estimated salary of £45,000.

The ideal candidate will have experience with project planning and management tools, such as MSP or P6. They will work closely with our industry-leading clients in the Defence and Aerospace sector, helping them to grow and develop their projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and integrate comprehensive project plans and schedules.
  • Collect, integrate, and monitor current project schedules, future projects, and anticipated projects into a Portfolio Master Schedule.
  • Track current and forecast future resource needs.
  • Create and manage project risk schedules.
  • Consult with project managers and technical experts to set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks to ensure deliverables are managed in accordance with the schedule.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective schedules enabling Earned Value Management reporting.
  • Integrate detailed engineering work plans (e.g. Agile & Waterfall) into Project master schedules.
  • Accommodate updates and changes to project schedules.
