Project Scheduler Leader
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Project Scheduler to join our team at Advanced Resource Managers. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and integrating comprehensive project plans and schedules.
The ideal candidate will have experience with MSP or P6 tools and a strong understanding of Earned Value Management reporting. You will work closely with project managers and technical experts to set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks to ensure deliverables are managed in accordance with the schedule.

Responsibilities- Developing and integrating comprehensive project plans and schedules
- Collecting, integrating, and monitoring current project schedules, future projects, and anticipated projects into a Portfolio Master Schedule
- Tracking current and forecasting future resource needs
- Creating and managing project risk schedules
- Consulting with project managers and technical experts to set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks to ensure deliverables are managed in accordance with the schedule
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining effective schedules enabling Earned Value Management reporting
- Integrating detailed engineering work plans (e.g. Agile & Waterfall) into Project master schedules
- Accommodating updates and changes to project schedules
