About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our Waking Nights team at Beaumont College, Lancaster. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality personal care and support to our students, promoting their dignity and respect at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality personal care and support to students, following robust care plans and protocols.
  • Support students to participate in college and community life, promoting accessible strategies and inclusivity.
