Location: Lancaster

Start Date: Immediate

Working Hours: 5 days a week, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay: £11.89 - £16.89 per hour

The Role:
As a Support Worker, you will be an essential part of our team, assisting and empowering individuals with various support needs. Your role will involve:

- Providing emotional and practical support to individuals.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of personalised care plans.
- Promoting independence and well-being.
- Monitoring and documenting progress and changes in behaviour.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible care.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in psychology or a related field.
- Previous experience in a support worker role is a plus but not essential.
- Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Passion for making a positive impact on people's lives.
