Bureau Administrator Manager

Main Purpose:
We are seeking a highly skilled Layout Manager to join our team in East Midlands, based from our office near Nottingham with agile/hybrid working. The successful candidate will be accountable for managing and coordinating the delivery of all layouts related matters from Land Bid Identification through to site mobilisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders on technical matters.
- Provide design support to the Land and Pre-Development team to assist during land feasibility work through to planning consent.
- Manage, coordinate and produce site layouts considering areas such as plot profitability, site coverage and sales mix.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years knowledge of the construction/development industry. They will have up-to-date knowledge of building legislation, sound knowledge of the architectural and engineering functions, and understanding and working knowledge of planning issues and processes relevant to the role.
Education and Qualifications:
The postholder will possess either a degree in planning or a postgraduate qualification with eligibility for Royal Town Planning Institute membership.
