As a Teaching Assistant in our network of schools within Folkestone, you will play a vital role in supporting secondary-aged students with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the work set by the teacher is effectively delivered, which may involve adapting materials to meet individual student needs. In addition to your academic responsibilities, you will be expected to manage classroom behavior and provide support to students in their learning journey.
