We are seeking qualified and experienced teaching professionals to join our team as flexible supply teachers in Folkestone and surrounding areas.

Position Overview

This is a temporary position, with the opportunity to work on a full-time, part-time, or ad-hoc basis. You will have the flexibility to choose when and where you work, making it an ideal opportunity for those seeking a varied and dynamic teaching career.

As a supply teacher with Teaching Personnel, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of schools, gaining experience and building your skills in different educational settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to pupils
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of individual students
  • Assess and evaluate pupil progress, making adjustments to teaching strategies as necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and development
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience of teaching in UK schools (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong classroom management skills and a passion for teaching
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and enthusiasm
  • A valid DBS check or willingness to apply for one
