Job Summary

HARRON HOMES LIMITED is seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join our Technical Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and coordinating architectural drawings, documents, and specifications for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate architectural drawings, documents, and specifications for construction projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and quantity surveyors, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide technical guidance as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including drawing revisions, issue sheets, and SAP certificates.
Requirements
  • HNC/HND/degree in Building, Civil Engineering, or Architectural design.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural documentation and coordination.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong understanding of CDM Regulations, Building Regulations, and LABC/NHBC requirements.
