Academics Ltd is currently seeking a Criminology Graduate to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of children with moderate learning difficulties and additional mental health needs. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about youth work, probation/prison services, or criminal psychology and want to develop their skills in these areas.

The successful candidate will work in a school based in Lewes, providing exceptional education and extra help for traumatised children and young people. As a Criminology Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work closely with class teachers, provide behaviour and pastoral support, and take an active role in forward planning with therapists.

This role requires individuals who are proactive, patient, and adaptable, and have a good understanding of challenging behaviour. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
- Assist the class teacher in providing the learning experience of students
- Provide behaviour and pastoral support
- Collaborate with therapists to develop individualised plans
