About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, guiding them through the purchase of their dream bike, and providing an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process. You will work in a busy sales environment, utilizing your sales and communication skills to maximize sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm welcome to customers and answer their queries
  • Manage and develop all sales enquiries via telephone (no cold calling)
  • Maximize sales and profitability
  • Report sales figures to management
  • Assist management in maintaining and developing showroom policies and procedures
