Adult Healthcare Assistant Day
Job Summary:To provide high-quality care to patients, their families, and friends in accordance with St. Rocco's policies and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist nurses in delivering patient care under their supervision.
- Participate in maintaining a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors by following infection control procedures.
- Support patients with personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection protocols.
- Foster harmonious working relationships within the team.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming and professional environment for patients' relatives.
- Develop required skills and expand knowledge to enhance job performance.
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The package also includes a range of benefits, including training opportunities, pension scheme, and more.
