We are looking for a qualified and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to provide essential support to students with special educational needs (SEN). The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored support and learning interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with SEN on a 1:1 or small group basis, ensuring they are fully engaged in learning activities.

Requirements:
  • Team Teach qualification is essential (you must have completed the training or be willing to complete it before starting the role).
  • Previous experience working with children with SEN, particularly autism, ADHD, and other learning or behavioural challenges.
  • Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
