About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Service Director to lead our medical imaging services team, driving strategy for installations, service support, and growth throughout Europe.



Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead a multi-vendor medical imaging service team.
  • Develop and implement service strategies, operational goals, and processes.
  • Recruit and manage a team of installation, service, and technical support engineers.
  • Oversee operations, including support services, facilities management, parts supply, auditing, and expansion.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:



  • Qualification in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in medical imaging services or OEM services, with a strong understanding of installation and support processes.
  • Leadership experience, with a proven track record of developing and managing teams.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to oversee multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Strategic thinking, with a focus on long-term growth and business development.
