Your expertise in healthcare analysis and passion for improving pharmacy services will be invaluable in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the analysis of complex data from various sources to support strategic planning and operational decision making.
  • Develop effective working relationships with pharmacy BI leads within priority Trusts to improve data submissions.
  • Establish regional and 1:1 support sessions with Trusts to enhance data quality.
  • Utilize BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI to retrieve and transform data from various sources.
  • Apply project management frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, and MSP to healthcare projects.
  • Communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of the health and social care landscape, including policy, governance, and operational challenges in the NHS.
  • Ensure compliance with NHS data standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a culture of independent thinking and risk-taking, promoting a healthy work-life balance and a supportive working environment.
