Job Title: Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team at Pearson Carter. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for working with our clients to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate business requirements into actionable data insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate business requirements into actionable data insights
- Leverage advanced analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and machine learning techniques to push the boundaries of data-driven decision-making
- Automate data workflows and reporting processes to streamline business operations and reduce manual effort
- Work with Power BI and SQL to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various databases, ensuring data integrity and optimisation of performance

Requirements:

- At least an A Level or HND in Computer Studies or equivalent technical qualification
- At least 2 years experience of Power BI and SQL
- Good knowledge, experience and understanding of Power BI, SQL and Excel
- Knowledge of Jira Service Desk would be beneficial
