An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a growing and reputable organisation providing high-quality, child-focused care. This role will oversee a 5-bedded home in South Croydon, providing care for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a 5-bedded home for children with EBD.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional care.
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations, providing a safe, nurturing environment for the children.
- Create and implement individual care plans tailored to each young person's needs.
- Build strong relationships with external agencies and stakeholders.
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or willingness to work towards achieving this qualification).
- Proven experience managing within an Ofsted-registered children's residential care setting.
- Strong knowledge of regulations and best practices in residential childcare.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
