Community Health Care Support Worker EWMH

The Community Health Care Support Worker will work as part of the Community Intensive Therapy Team to provide support to children and young people with complex, high-risk emotional wellbeing and mental health difficulties.
Main DutiesThe post holder will work closely with the young person and their family or carer to offer community intervention and monitor mental health needs while being supported by the wider CAMHS Multi-Disciplinary Team.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome.
