About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Research Fellow to join our team in conducting qualitative health psychology research. The successful candidate will have experience in qualitative research and analysis, with a strong background in health psychology.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a NIHR-funded project, undertaking a mixed methods national evaluation of MWD. The aim of the project is to provide information supporting commissioning/implementation decisions on whether MWD is suitable for deployment across the NHS in England.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant PhD (or equivalent) in a psychology or equivalent health discipline, and experience of working in healthcare/health service settings. Candidates with experience of involving experts by experience in research will be preferred.
