Senior Lending Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lending Manager to join our team in Essex. As a key member of our mortgage business, you will be responsible for managing a team of specialist lending advisers, ensuring they provide high-quality advice and information to mortgage brokers and their clients.

The ideal candidate will have exposure to commercial mortgages, bridging finance, development finance, second charges, and complex residential and BTL. However, we are open to applications from individuals with experience in a few of these areas, who are eager to broaden their knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a team of lending advisers to achieve performance targets
  • Liaise with lenders to ensure the quality of case submissions
  • Commercial mortgage expertise
  • Effective communication and coaching skills
  • Ability to recommend changes to improve business performance
