Specialist Lending Manager

We are seeking an experienced Specialist Lending Manager to join our team. As a key member of our lending team, you will be responsible for managing a team of specialist lending advisers, ensuring they provide high-quality advice and information to mortgage brokers and their clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Coach and support team members to achieve sales targets and improve their product knowledge.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of case submissions to lenders.
- Ensure that customers are treated fairly and receive good customer outcomes from all of the team.
- Achieve personal KPIs and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Previous experience in the specialist lending markets, including commercial mortgages, bridging finance, development finance, and second charges.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers, colleagues, and business contacts.
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire team members to achieve their potential.
- Good working knowledge of IT systems relevant to the job role.
