Job Opportunity

Entain Group is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to join the Commercial RoW People team for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role will lead the implementation of HR 'basics' in key locations, navigate diverse markets, and apply commercial acumen to drive results.

  • Lead the implementation of HR 'basics' in key locations such as Brazil
  • Navigate diverse markets in different stages of their maturity and growth
  • Apply commercial acumen to their thinking and decisions
  • Solve complex problems with speed and efficiency – collaborating with support teams where needed
  • Operate in the absence of HR process/structure (with a view to create and implement these over time)
  • Be resilient in a tough environment full of challenges

Requirements
  • Experience in leading the implementation of HR 'basics' in key locations
  • Ability to navigate diverse markets in different stages of their maturity and growth
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Proven problem-solving skills with speed and efficiency
  • Ability to operate in the absence of HR process/structure
  • Resilience in a challenging environment
