About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Cargo Underwriter to join our team, bringing expertise in marine cargo underwriting and a passion for delivering exceptional results. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of large and complex global cargo risks
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and clients
  • Collaborating with internal teams to drive portfolio performance, compliance, and efficiency
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in marine cargo underwriting, with a strong understanding of cargo insurance principles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines
