Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable individual to join our team as a Senior Task Administrator. This role requires a strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Task Management
    • Ensure the smooth running of daily services, achieving time-critical targets, and maintain and operate all services within agreed operational and client SLAs.
    • Manage the flow of your daily work, utilising the allocated resources which will fluctuate based on volumes and priorities across the wider team.
  • Client Communication
    • Review information and instructions received from clients, helping to decide on the most appropriate course of action.
    • Provide feedback and advice to clients in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
  • Issue Resolution
    • Identify and escalate issues through root cause analysis, taking appropriate steps to avoid recurrence.
    • Maintain appropriate controls to reduce and eliminate risks within services.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Present data and reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
    • Maintain a high level of knowledge of relevant products, procedures, and services, including the interpretation and application of best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Embrace a culture of continuous improvement across services, identifying areas requiring change and prioritising appropriately.
    • Chair service meetings when necessary, assessing priorities and risks, and highlighting to management where appropriate.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare client figures and reporting of data for client invoicing, and for reporting to the client or internal teams as required.
    • Participate in training, both in-house and external, when required to ensure skills are up to date.
