Commercial Knowledge Management & Capability Senior Analyst

About Us: As part of the Procurement Capability and Engagement team at Mars, you'll be at the forefront of driving Procurement Associate development and strategic learning initiatives. This dynamic global team provides learning and capability building to ensure that Procurement teams are equipped with the specialized set of skills and knowledge necessary to navigate the evolving business and supplier landscape and ultimately help the Procurement function enable business goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strong analytical skills to report, synthesize, distil, and draw conclusions from multiple data sources.
  • Strong project management discipline
  • Fluent in English

KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT:

As the owner of the Procurement Knowledge Management intranet, you'll ensure it's a comprehensive, up-to-date, and user-friendly resource that supports the Procurement function's efficient knowledge sharing and collaboration. This includes developing the roadmap, content creation and management, driving adoption, training and support, performance metrics, and compliance and governance of the site.

You'll also manage the Supplier Gateway website to streamline supplier engagement, improve efficiency, and ensure the delivery of a seamless user experience. This includes managing Segment communication activities and creating a content and functionality roadmap with colleagues in Process Ownership, Effectiveness and Digital Technologies.

Additionally, you'll be responsible for enhancing strategic decision-making and procurement processes through market intelligence platforms. You'll also be the business owner of the Skills Assessment product for the Procurement function, including platform mastery, user support, and continuous improvement working with users and the vendor.

Key skills include:

  • Combining data from multiple sources to provide a comprehensive view of learning outcomes and skills assessments
  • Data gathering and insights; formulating points of view and recommendations for improving skills-building process and experience
  • Enhancing the accuracy and utility of skills and training data reporting
