We are seeking an Inclusion Support Professional to join our team at Asquith Primary School in Leeds.

In this role, you will work closely with the Inclusion team to provide targeted support to pupils with behaviour and/or social or emotional needs. Your primary focus will be on working on a 1:1 / small group basis across the whole school, providing a first response to challenging incidents.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled practitioner with a proven track record of supporting pupils with behaviour and/or social or emotional needs. You will need to have strong behaviour management skills and a positive approach to behaviour management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dedicated and passionate team who are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of children and young people. We offer a competitive salary range of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
