Lead Cleaner Role

Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Supervise the cleaning team and delegate tasks to ensure that all work is completed on time.
  • Client Relations: Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development to team members to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Evaluate maintenance or repair needs as required and manage cleaning supplies to maintain high standards.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Prior leadership experience is beneficial, but a strong cleaning background and enthusiasm for growth is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Able to lead by example and communicate effectively with the team to ensure clear understanding of expectations and goals.
  • Adaptability: Proactive attitude, willing to adapt to changing priorities and support the team as needed.
Salary and Benefits:
