Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious Talent Acquisition Executive to spearhead recruitment for our growing Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for hiring talented staff at all levels, ensuring a world-class experience for candidates and seamless onboarding.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job specifications and manage all recruitment channels.
  • Identify and assess diverse talent pools through various sourcing methods, ensuring a conveyor belt of available talent.
  • Manage the interview process, ensuring exceptional candidate experiences and high conversion rates.
  • Provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics to Senior Management.


Requirements

  • Proven in-house talent management experience, especially in customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Working Hours and Location
