Job Title: Family Practitioner

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Family Practitioner to join our team in North Norfolk. As a Family Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to our patients, working collaboratively with our team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of various medical conditions.
  • Conduct routine check-ups, health screenings, and vaccinations.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with complex medical needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and practice efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Qualified General Practitioner (GP) with a strong background in family medicine.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong clinical skills, with the ability to diagnose and manage a wide range of medical conditions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
