We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Nexus Care Services. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of elderly and vulnerable individuals.

The successful candidate will earn a competitive salary of up to £25.50 per hour, with premium pay rates for weekend work and double-up/complex calls. Additionally, they will receive weekly pay, DOUBLE PAY on bank holidays, paid travel time/fuel contribution, and access to a company pension scheme.

The job involves assisting clients with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and providing person-centred care in line with CQC regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a driving licence, have access to their own car, and preferably have previous experience within the care industry.

Key Tasks:
  • Assisting clients with daily living tasks
  • Providing person-centred care and promoting independence
  • Following structured care plans and reporting any changes or concerns to management
